Not happy with the service ..the lady with black hair has bad attitude not Nice at all.

Used to be happy with this store. Been going here for years. The attitude I got today from an employee was disgusting. All for asking a simple question if a product was on a promotion. I walked out leaving a cart of stuff and will not be back. That's not how you speak to a costumer. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place totally sucks. The door is locked when you get there so as far as I’m concerned it’s not open for business. Then get this, you need to ( what’s the word she used) reservation. Yes, you need to have a reservation to come and buy hair care products. By the looks of it, it would have been a waste of time because it doesn’t appear to cater to all hair type.

Customer service is awful. The place claims to only serve professional hairdressers..but there were plain unkempt women there , i guess my hairdresser is more professional. I think they really need to have better customer service and attitude. I think DCA should look into their registration bs. I almost felt they woman at the cashier was discrinating me.

Connie and Maria are very kind helpful and full of knowledge with product prices and always knows what’s on sale… I love ❤️ shopping in this store only when they are present …
