Paradise Total Spa & Nail (Morris Plains)

I cannot express how happy I am with this place. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly, the place was super clean, and June was amazing on her own. She really took the time to listen to what i wanted and the price was very reasonable! Will definitely be back!

I have been coming here for 5 years. Get the spa pedicure! No one else gives a more thorough, relaxing pedicure. I have tried other places over the years, even fancier spas. No places does it better. I moved from NJ to the Poconos last year and still make the hour drive.

Came in today for the first time and had a wonderful experience for a manicure/pedicure. I didn’t realize that this salon is typically “by appointment only,” but they kindly accommodated me nonetheless. Every person I encountered was kind and professional. Prices are typical for the area, but the experience felt more elevated. I got a little extra massage time with both services (included) that comparably is sub-par at other salons. The space is clean, bright, and large; there is plenty of parking and room to wait while your nails dry. I’m so used to nail salons being tiny and crowded, so this was a nice change. Also, their “loyalty” system is all computer based, so no need to carry a little card around in your wallet. I will be back for sure!

I have been a customer of Paradise Nails for about 7 years now and I have to say after trying out other salons in the area this salon is the best! Heather is fantastic for a French mani! Her attention to detail and the time she spends with me (and all her customers) is exceptional. I appreciate how clean the salon is, well staffed and they all strive to make their customers happy! Call early for appointments because they are busy. Girls at the desk do everything they can to work with me on scheduling an appointment around my work schedule, much appreciated! Highly recommend this business!

Horrible management. The nails techs are nice but the management and assistance when you need help is horrible. I’ve been going to them for awhile. I got my nails done about 2 weeks ago for a wedding in London and the rhinestones started falling off when I was there. My nails looked horrible. When I asked then that I wanted a polish change, I was given a hard and told that I would have to send pictures to a special email address. I work as a lawyer and quite honestly don’t have time for this. Please don’t go here, it’s really not worth your time or energy.
