Was in here today to get a pedicure. Was greeted by the most vile and rude receptionist, got a pedicure done by a man who cuts the sidewalls of your nails to force you to get ingrowns so you have to come back, he doesn’t know how to polish the whole nail and left an entire gap at my cuticle for each nail, and he used dirty and used sanding bands. As a nail tech myself, this place is disgusting. I’d never in a million years come back here or recommend it to anyone. You walk in and are made to feel like you shouldn’t be there, the entire staff ignores you during your whole appointment but bombards you as you’re walking out the door telling you to come back soon. 0/10. Do better.

Reading reviews.. I can see some of these to be true. For the most part, everyone here is amazing. There are a few employees that are new or have turned over quickly. This is a really busy place and they are always looking for help but the core people are amazing. Yes if I make an appointment sometimes I wait if a walk-in comes in. Yes sometimes I’m being worked on and my beautiful lady stops to help someone else. This is called a business and they’re trying to help as many people as possible. I’m happy to wait as long as possible for Kim to do my nails. She’s amazing. Even when she hurts her back and can barely walk she’s there. AVOID AVOID AVOID, RUDE employees that bad mouth customers.!. I went in Friday April 21,2023 to get my nails done. I’m new to Santa Rosa and have had terrible luck finding a shop that has great product and lasts like my old shop. So I immediately get sat down by the lady in the very back row far left (station next to the sink) I show her a picture of what I was aiming for AND the shape. When I say I wanted these guys SHARP, I meant lethal sharp, she told me she doesn’t do that but can do similar. I told her as long as they aren’t almond shape point. I trusted her process as it’s a new shop. The design ended up cute but WAY different than what I wanted, no big deal. Well here we are, Wednesday and more than half my nails POPPED off. No rips, no tears, no breakage, just flat out popped off.

I had the worst experience at this nail salon that I have ever had! I went with two other friends for pedicures, and only one of us had good results (Tony did her pedicure). For the other two of us, the owners did our pedicures. The woman scraped my friend’s toenails so hard and did not do a good job cleaning them. The pictures speak for my horrible pedicure. The polish is applied in such a sloppy manner, it’s gross! He didn’t clean it very well either. This is NOT worth the $50 I paid. I wish I could go back to show them in person and ask for a refund, but I was just visiting the area and I am an hour away. I would not go here again or recommend this place to anyone.

“Money can’t buy happiness but it can buy a pretty nail set” very clean. Wonderful staff. Wonderful services. This place is my new favorite salon.
