Santana Scissor sharpening had a great experience at Papillon Salón and Spa. From the receptionist to the individual stylists that were both friendly and professional. You can see clients felt very comfortable there.

Staff is very friendly..super nice! Salon is very clean. I just didn't get anything that I asked for. I actually got everything I didn't want and I even showed photos. I asked for lots of layers...I got a "layer" 1 inch from the bottom, so basically no layers (and my hair is past my shoulders). I asked for bangs...the "bangs" are below my chin which is where they were when I went in....so no bangs. I asked her not to color my hair black or dark dark brown. I bet you cannot guess what color my hair is. And the best part is that I got to pay for it all. So very disappointed.

Hannah saved me from a bad haircut from another salon. She did exactly what I wanted, (especially since she was batting clean up after a butcher job) Thank you Hannah
