I visited this barbershop just now hoping to get a haircut, but unfortunately, I had a very poor customer service experience. 😔 Three stylists were present, but they were just standing around and not attending to clients. When I asked about a haircut, I was told they were all booked 🚫✂️ without any apology or offer to schedule a future appointment. Two of the stylists then just walked out. 🚶♀️🚶 While I can't speak to the quality of their work, the lack of professionalism and courtesy was disappointing, and I cannot recommend a business with such poor service. 👎
Ever since I moved to Miami, I’ve been going to this barbershop and do my hair with Josue. He’s great! Nice haircuts and he’s such a great guy. Definitely recommend them

Biggest rip-off ever. $80 for a cut and color.!! I don’t even pay that in Miami.
Nelson the owner is one of the best in Miami , and a very home feeling and nice environment, the best to bring your kids and family.
