First of all, I love the name of this business and the owner. She’s very sweet and kind; extremely outgoing. I appreciate how she treats her customers. Upon receiving service, she offered me free water and also mentioned that she would like to make time to set up a snack section for her customers at no charge. I got a silk press from pampered textures and I chose this place because I’m aware of the service provider’s ethnicity and felt more comfortable going to her because I’m a natural Sister. I have received a silk press before from another business and I must admit that African business need to spend a bit more time learning how to treat natural hair. I paid $120 for this silk press. She is very knowledgeable on different hair types and did an amazing job on my curly/thick hair. She even recommended natural hair products based on my hair goals, which I’m very excited to try.
