Customer Reviews
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I walked in looking forward to getting my nails done and left completely frustrated, disappointed, and honestly upset. Kimberly did my nails and from the beginning, her attitude was cold and dismissive. It felt like I was bothering her just by being there. When I noticed obvious bubbles on my nails and asked her to fix them she just filled the polish off and tried painting over them without putting an extra coat, she acted like nothing was wrong, as if I couldn’t see the flaws myself. The glossy French tips aren’t even straight and she just used the brush from nail polish to paint it on instead of using a smaller brush to neatly paint the tip on. I wasn’t rude, I just wanted the service I was paying for. Instead, I got attitude. I told her ca
Highly don’t recommend. Walked out after an hour and a half with extremely poor quality manicure and pedicure. The tech didn’t ask me if I wanted to cut my nails or what shape I wanted them. She didn’t think to file them to all be the same length or even shape. No communication. And the polish is a total mess. Not professional looking at all. Will NOT be returning
Just Horrible I’ve never left the nail salon feeling so embarrassed never will I be coming here again ! These are ridiculous and I paid 50$!
Not a place for people who want to grow natural nails. Treated my natural nails like acrylic and broke them with overzealous filing. Despite me repeatedly explaining that my nails were natural, the technician insisted on buffing them down and even attempted to use a Dremel tool, which is completely inappropriate for natural nails. This left my nails thin, brittle, and visibly damaged. If you care about the health and growth of your natural nails, avoid this salon—they clearly don’t understand how to work with natural nails.
I’ve been going to Pamper nails for several years now and I really love how my nails turn out. I usually get SNS (pictures a week later) and have also gotten acrylic on my nails and get on my toes. I am very pleased with all services and make it a point to come back. The pictures are nails done by Crystal and I can’t wait to start getting more designs. I recommend going during the day because after 5pm is usually the busiest. Even during busy times the staff will still get you in or at least started. Call and schedule an appointment to skip waiting time. Designs by Crystal if you’re feeling extra fancy!
