Update to my 100$ basic builder gel manicure due to poor quality application, Gel already lifting from the sides and has been ONYL one week. See photo of all the air bubbles: if you search why this happens it is from those SUPER chunky thick layers the technician improperly applied not allowing air to escape and cure the gel the correct way to the nails. Response to owner wouldn’t consider a discount when I was told very confidently that the Reset service would take care of any issues and it would not be considered a nail fix. Then missing out on all of the other parts of the reset service ( cuticle care, massage, and hot towel) that make it a relaxing experience and still paying 104$. 2 stars because of the price - for a dazzle dry manicure (due to eczema) it was over $80. There was absolutely nothing that made their removal technique or manicure technique unique or “sensitive skin” friendly enough to merit that price. They sell themselves based on being natural and clean products only. However there was literally nothing that made them special. My eczema didn’t react any differently than had I done a regular gel opi manicure anywhere else. My nails genuinely looked as if they hadn’t even been done. I’ve never spend $30 on removal as well which is sought to be justified by “special techniques” which is actually just scraping and hurt. One of my favorite nail salons in Houston. Alicia is my go-to but everyone is great. Maryam, the owner is often around and is very approachable and involved in her clients experiences. Love the toxin-free environment, the beautiful streamlined decor, and the attention to detail when I have my nails done.

I wanted to love this place. It came highly recommended. May, the gal who answered the phone to make our appointment was AMAZING! The space is open with natural light (love that)! However the pedicure service was lackluster and very expensive. I found their chairs and foot baths very uncomfortable (I’m on the taller side so that could be it). The service was also 20 mins late. Wouldn’t usually cause so much frustration except I brought my daughter for her first pedi/mani and she was done before my service started - totally made the bonding date less than stellar. The woman who did my daughter was sweet and took good care of her. I’d give my daughters service a 5 star and mine a 3 star. They did give us a small discount which was much appreciated however we still left with $+150 bill.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paloma is a hidden gem! The location is absolutely perfect—easy to get to and surrounded by great vibes. The salon itself is gorgeous inside, super aesthetic and calming. I also love that they use non-toxic, gentle products so I never worry about harsh chemicals on my skin or nails. Prices are totally fair for the quality, and they even offer refreshments during your service.
