Palmetto Barbershop

Happy we found this place! They don't take appointments, which can make it easier to get in last minute. We usually have to wait about 10 minutes, but my two boys are always very happy with their haircuts!

Great neighborhood barber shop. Very civilized and their policy of no reservations works efficiently. Good value and never a long wait. Quality haircuts for men.

We came in from out of town for my son's baseball tournament and he needed a trim. In addition to the cut, his teammates were all getting their uniform numbers shaved into their hair. I called numerous places that were unwilling to do that. Palmetto gave it a shot and not only did they do a great job with the number, but they also gave him one of the best cuts he has ever had. Great friendly atmosphere, good conversation and a barbershop dog all made this place an A+ in my book. I wish I could take them back to Texas with me! Also note, this place is walk-in only and cash only. They do have an on-site ATM though so not a big deal.

Watch out , I just got a haircut there today , it was crowded but that was not the issue , the person who cut my hair was too rough on me, not gentle and she did the hair cut she thought I wanted when I only needed a simple hair cut trim on the sides , scissors on top and a fade and she cut everything too short and even she waisted more time in stupid details and ended up with a haircut as a rapper , maybe because I wasn’t white she did this trashy look on me , I’m the new daddy yankee
