I’m writing this as a concerned parent. My daughter had an extremely upsetting experience at this location, entirely due to the way management handled things. The level of unprofessionalism, dismissiveness, and lack of basic courtesy was shocking. It’s deeply concerning that young women, especially first time clients are being treated with such condescension and coldness. When we attempted to clarify a simple issue, the manager responded with clear hostility instead of listening or trying to help. There was no accountability, no empathy, and absolutely no interest in making the experience positive or safe. This kind of environment is not only unwelcoming, it’s unacceptable. Signed up a few months ago and really happy that I did. Their lotion prices are way overpriced in my opinion but the beds and clean, the staff is friendly and the whole place is always clean and tidy. I always get compliments on my tan. I also love their hours.

Always love this place. The staff are always very welcoming when you walk through the door. Beds are always clean. Atmosphere is positive and clean. Lotions are always available when needed. I love my "little escape" I get from coming here. It does help with depression with some people just laying and relaxing in a tanning bed..especially after dealing with stressful situations. This 5-star review is mainly for Makayla but the other girl working Friday is also awesome and helps all the time. I was being the most annoying customer in the world asking questions and she was so patient with me and let me know all my options. That girl has a future in sales and this is coming from someone who used to manage a sales field. Thanks Makayla!
