I have been visiting your salon for 1.5 years. I am a regular customer who pays for all services regularly. During this entire time, I have been making appointments in advance for a visit to the sauna, solarium and red lamps. I visit your salon every week, 3 times a week. Today, it suddenly turned out that my appointments are not working. When I left the sauna, the administrator explained to me that I should wait for further procedures in the order of a live queue. That is, there are 2 more people in front of me in the solarium queue. This situation really surprised and offended me. I have been your regular customer for a long time. The girls are great, but.. Any chance you are getting new beds? The fans don't work, half are broke and dirty, and I'm not sure what the point of having a fan in the room is for when you have to shut the beds. Today, the entire store was 82°, add the head from the bed and it's impossible to tan.

From the moment I stepped into the salon I was greeted with a beautiful smile by the manager. She has a heart of gold. I just had to compliment her on how clean and organized the salon was and how calming and peaceful it was. This is a five star salon for sure!!!!
