Palm Beach Tan

All the staff are amazing they go up and beyond to help me with anything I need especially Emma. I know her for over 15 years. She is the best thanks to her coming to Palm Beach makes me feel good about myself which struggles with my body image I wanna reward Emma for being awesome.

I just discovered Palm Beach a couple months ago, and I have been absolutely loving it!!! The staff are so friendly and the establishment is extremely clean. I was helped by Arianna today, and she was so sweet and knowledgeable about spray tans!! Couldn’t recommend Palm beach more.

Young lady at the front desk yesterday afternoon was very helpful. I witnessed her deal and handle a naggy horrible customer. She didn’t let that customer ruin her day she still had a positive attitude and greeted me with a smile. Great job!

I come here all the time, and the staff is the absolute best. Justin, Bree, and Theresa are amazing so helpful and accommodating and kind to customers. I’ve witnessed them deal with a difficult person with grace and professionalism. Company should be very proud to have them!!

I give 0 stars to this location. i came in to start a membership & the guy… James or Justin (some J name) was extremely bored looking. He was not welcoming & not excited for me. He sold me a body wash because I guess it came with my referral, but he never offered to let me to smell different options & or pick one out myself. He gave me a bottle off the shelf which I later saw was almost half empty. I tried to go back two days later to ask for a refund/exchange for a full bottle & he never apologized. He told me it cant be done without a manager & the manager is only in in the mornings so i’d have to come then. I honestly wouldn’t have cared if he had been apologetic & had some decent personality to him. After my tan, I sat & waited in the dead silent, music free, lobby for my friend to fin
