Palm Beach Tan

I’ve been a regular here for a few years now. Staff come and go here, but they do have a few ladies who’ve been there awhile, one of them is Jackie; she’s very friendly and helpful. She’s an asset there. I feel the tanning packages are fairly priced; the rooms are clean. Lotion is overpriced; I buy my lotion online for better deals. You can also earn Tan bucks, and get free upgrades thru out the year. I would love to see long mirrors and small trash bins in the tanning rooms. Definitely my favorite PBT location.

Charged me 65$ for the tan session. They use only one cab versus two as they did first time I use their services, with comment :" You have a free tan to use in the span of one month. When I called to received a refunded they said "no refunds from general manager just courteous tan". The event which I got ready for was over, and I do not need tan if it didn't work first time. I am coming back! Be aware of "free" sessions they double charge me compare with last session.

Where do I even begin?! The customer service here is top-notch and I say that after being a member there for a few months now. Brandyn is the reason for me getting a membership. He was patient with me, explained my options, and answered any questions I had at the time of setting up my account… All with a smile! In addition, both Brandyn and Jackie are the reason I’ve kept my membership all this time. They are both so lovely and have remained consistent with their attentiveness, respect, and smiles! I’ve always felt so welcome there and actually hope to run into them whenever I go to tan. They are definitely the back bones of this establishment and deserve all the praise! Thank you for making each experience memorable!

I just started my red light therapy with Palm Beach for my arthritis and I am loving the benefits. My sleep is more rested, and it’s also helping my scars from a past dog attack. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. Totally recommend this place. Especially if you’re on a healing journey.

Kat, the manager is absolutely amazing, fully educated in this field, she’s so sweet as her customer service is 10/10, and out of my 15 + years coming here, I have to truly admit, she’s the best manager I’ve seen. She can handle a large workload in a timely manner, as I’ve needed her help at times when the entire store was full and she got to and assisted/ educated each and every person. Wonderful manager and memorable, she will go far in life without a doubt in my mind. I hope you read this and it brings a smile to your face and even on your rough days, you remember the people that notice your kind heart. ❤️
