Manager, a guy, not sure what his name is…always keeps pressuring to buy lotion, there is no such thing as the word “no” to him. The instructions on how and when to cancel membership are unclear. Be very careful, most likely you will end up being charged waayyy more than you were told in the beginning.

Vanessa was lovely . I am new to Palm Beach and I had been a previous customer of LA tan but all their online marketing said they were open. When they weren’t. Even their employee said Palm Beach was the way to go and Vanessa helped me so much. Highly recommend

What you are told you will be charged in the beginning doesn’t match what you actually will be charged in the end… be very careful

Went in today for a spray tan and had Livy (Olivia) , the assistant manager go over and explain everything perfectly to me. Ended up getting on the membership for spray tanning and couldn’t be happier since my skin hasn’t seen real sun in like 5-6years because of work. I recently retired and have many graduations/weddings/ vacations etc to go to this spring/summer so this sunless spray tan is a perfect solution for me. Livy was very professional explained every detail perfectly and also wanted to mention her co-worker Lizzy! They both complimented each other.

Facility is great and clean. There is a young man who works the front desk and while he is nice, he is also way too pushy about buying lotion. I should only have to say “no” once. He tends to not take no for an answer and will instead offer something else discounted to entice me into buying lotion. Same thing happened with him at AH. While I understand it is his job, no one else treats me this way when I come in. It is way too pushy and makes me uncomfortable.
