Palm Beach Tan

I needed a tan for an event and this is one of the worst tans i’ve ever got. It’s so splotchy half of my legs aren’t even tan i also asked for rapid and looked the exact same color until 12 hours later it looked finally developed. I’m an avid spray tan and self tan girl so this was very disappointing to me. My hands came out 10x darker than my legs

I recently got a membership at this palm beach and it's been nothing short of perfect. Kaylee helped me and was one of the sweetest and most accommodating employees I've ever been helped by at a tanning salon. Along with the salon being spotless and the tanning being pertect. I cannot recommend this palm more 10/10!

I typically have outstanding customer service here. I’ve been coming for years and have never experienced such a rude and condescending employee as I did today, 4/3/25 at 10am. Not only did she make me feel dumb for not buying a whole bottle of tanning lotion and just the sample packet, (I had to explain to her that I already have a bottle of lotion at home but forgot it so I didn’t want to spend $80+ on a new bottle), but her tone when she was explaining that she can’t put me in the room for full time because of the new bulbs was SO condescending. As someone who has worked in customer service management, I think this employee needs to find a job that is not client facing. I was actually taken aback by her attitude and felt I needed to take time out of my day to write this review. I’ll b

Staff are so sweet. Skylar explained all her packages and I ended up doing the duo package. She gave me pointers on how to stand, what color should I get and lotion recommendations. Salon is clean and inviting as well. Thank you Skylar for the great service

Worst customer service from the salon staff and upper management, very condescending, didn’t want to make my experience better even being a member. The beds are old and outdated . Unclean restrooms and floors. Go to 360 Tans in Austin so much better for your money.
