Palm Beach Tan

I don't think these people have any clue what is going on. My daughter is a competitive dancer and wanted a spray tan. (Side note, she's had a million of them before at European Tan, but this one is closer to us). We went in a few months ago and they said she had to be 13 (she was just a couple of days away) but the girl was super sweet and we understood. Fast forward a few months and we go back. The girl working (brianna) says "does she have an id?" I said no, she's 13. She said "oh is that the age she can do a spray tan? I'd have to check...what about a school ID?" I said "well a school ID wouldn't have her age, and the girl last time said she could tan when she turned 13". She said "you need to bring her BIRTH CERTIFICATE..."To get a spray tan? Went to this location to see the difference. They are in the middle of a remodel but everything was accessible and the front end girls were very friendly. I will go back and check it out when the remodel gets done!!

Ava and Audrey were both fantastic with their product knowledge and customer service- they informed me about a product included in my plan that i had no idea about. I had terrible service in California as well as a terrible SERIES of tans. I was going to consider canceling my membership, but then i came to this location and was BEYOND REMINDED of why i choose to do business with this establishment. Thank you ladies!

I have never been treated so good by a group of employees! They are always smiling very helpful. I want to go every day just for the service! Not to mention my fabulous tan! Thanks Bountiful
