We joined for the tanning, but stayed for the red light therapy options. Amazing service. Abi did our initial membership and orientation. She is intelligent, thorough, and thoughtful. That pretty much sums up our experience with everybody at PBT. They are an exceptional crew. Thank you!

Ciara helped me get set up and gave me the best facility tour I’ve ever received! She was very well versed in the products and services offered and shared her knowledge with a smile. I felt welcomed the entirety of my first visit. I wish more service workers were like Ciara!

I have been going to Palm Beach Tan for a few years and I have to say their customer service is Excellent! They always greet me by my name as I walk in the door. In fact, I hear other people be addressed by their name as well.. I have come to learn their names as well. Abby, Jasmine and Jackie are the employees that are there when I come in. They are fantastic! There is always a tanning bed available as a walk-in and the price is reasonable. There’s always a “ Goodbye have a nice day” from them as I’m leaving.

Went in today to get a tour. Waited for 30 minutes and the girl working kept putting me off. Finally decided to leave. Hard to recommend a place like this.

Jasmine is so great! Whenever I call on the phone and ask annoying questions lmao! She is always sooooooo nice and literally wants to help me! I would recommend this location over them all. I’ve been to a lot of them!
