I had such a great experience at this Palm Beach Tan! Kelby, Zoe, and Lee were absolutely lovely—fun, honest, and genuinely helpful. I restarted my membership while I was out in Gresham. I knew this location would be my regular one, and I honestly wish I had come here first. I used to go to the Wood Village location when I lived out that way, which is where I restarted the membership on Friday while in town. I felt pressured into buying products I didn’t need. Here at the Pearl, I feel taken care of, not taken advantage of. I’m so happy I made the switch. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Kelby is truly an exceptional employee—professional, knowledgeable, and so genuinely kind. She takes the time to explain the different beds and products, make personalized recommendations, and ensure you feel completely comfortable every visit. Her customer service is above and beyond, and you can tell she really cares about helping you get the best results. She also manages a great group on girls who share her product knowledge and amazing attitude! If you’re thinking about tanning anywhere, choose this location—and definitely look for Kelby. She makes the whole experience easy, enjoyable, and consistently great! Love

Been meaning to write this for a few days! Kelby and her team are some of the most knowledgeable people I've talked to about tanning! They all take the time to make sure you understand the process and you can really tell they take pride in their work
