Rip-off – No Transparency and Misleading Info Paid $60 for 3 sunless sessions on September 12, and was told the package was good for 60 days. Turns out it was actually 45 days — okay, fine — but here’s the best part: 45 days from 9/12 is 10/27, and today is 10/26, yet somehow they told me it was already expired. When I pointed that out, they said, “We’ll call you back tomorrow.” Oh, perfect — tomorrow, when it actually will be expired. What timing! No receipts, no contract, no accountability. Just “I’m sorry, it’s expired” on repeat. I basically paid three times the regular price for one single session. If you love confusion, disappearing packages, and customer service that could win awards in creative avoidance — Palm Beach Tan is the place for you. 👏✨

Signed up for one month December 3 2025. I’ve made it clear I just want one month membership they said no problem just come in or call to cancel. I called to cancel today and the said there is no way to stop the second month charge of 145.00 . They forcing me to pay it. Very unprofessional of course no paperwork was given to explain their policy. No email contract no paper contract nobody said I have to cancel before their supposed cut off date which they tell me was in December 25th. This was not explained to me at signing. The last year package that I’ve purchased expired before I could use the amount of tabs I’ve purchased. Overall deceiving bad company. No star would be a better rating than one star

Annoyed!!! I pay a rather expensive monthly membership to spray tan. This is the 4 th time I have been told they do not have cartridges in the shade I use, and I can either drive somewhere else or make do with what is available. I have already purchased additives in bulk, because of the same availability problem. They are also out of basic supplies like hair coverings and baby wipes. I find this completely unacceptable. I have already paid for this anervice, and it is routinely unavailable. I am never offered any type of compensation. Looking for a better alternative!!!!!

I’ve been coming to PBT for yearssssssss. Decades, even. 🙈🙈 lol. Holland is always SOOO SWEET & ATTENTIVE. She’s the best to have a chitchat with and she knows what bed I want to do and ALWAYSSSS has my versa ready to go right after. My complicated concoction that we’ve come up with to keep my legs super dark all-year-long. 🥰🥰 She’s a true gem and yall are blessed to have her.
