Julia and Madison have excellent customer service skills! Every time I walk into Palm Beach Tan, they immediately greet me with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Before I leave, they always take the time to wish me a great day. These two positive ladies truly brighten the atmosphere and make the world a little more positive—one customer at a time.

Dirty and tired. The young women are chatting about personal lives when I walked in and the manager came up and continued talking about the sex books she reads and the “bdsm treatment” and I felt that was completely inappropriate. I’ll go anywhere else but here. Also, the bed was kind of dirty and the towel was stained with orange on it and like brown and regardless, if it’s spray tan or not, or whatever stain on there, I would prefer to have a unstained white towel at the very least of my visit but I’m dropping like 200+ on a package

I can say the manage now at Oakland (Courtney) is the best y’all have had since I have been coming in since December!!! She walks me through my lotion choices making sure I’m using the right one since I am plateauing ! She always tells me about specials on lotions !!! Her great customer service does not go unnoticed! We hope she never leaves this location ! She makes a great asset to this store !!!! Finally a manager that has great customer service and makes you feel right at home !!!! Keep up the good work Courtney you are rocking it !!!!!!

I absolutely adore Ash (Manager) at Palm Beach Tans at the Oakland Shopping Center! She always has a smile on her face even when she’s worked the whole day and I’m rushing to making it in right before closing time! I appreciate you, Ash. Keep doing YOU! Palm Beach Tans is extremely lucky to have you as their manager in this particular location.
