Mia, the manager, is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Her personality is amazing — she’s friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cares about every customer who walks through the door. She’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure you feel confident in your choices without ever feeling pressured. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in how smoothly the salon runs and how positive the atmosphere always feels. Great management makes all the difference, and Mia sets the bar high. Palm Beach Tan is lucky to have her!

I love my Middleburg Heights Palm Beach! Always so clean, such a positive welcoming atmosphere! I can always count on Mia to put me on to the best products, and she really takes the extra time to ensure I am getting the best experience possible!!! 10/10

The girls at Palm Beach Tan in Middleburg Heights always provide me with the best knowledge and resources about tanning, wellness, and more. I am obsessed with there new infrared sauna, I go in it after running and swimming and it is the best way to finish a workout. Will always be loyal to this store!!

Mia is amazing, she knows what she is talking about, walks you through everything and is able to answer any questions you have. She’s always made me feel welcome and her personality is amazing. She is the best!

the night staff is really rude for no reason, particularly the one young lady that works nights. they never remember your name, and are rude if you don’t buy from them (just bought a lotion a week ago!) I’ve gotten nasty vibes from the one who’s named Addisyn or works with her? not sure. hiding from customers and not greeting them and then trying to make commission off me… customer service could be better. Maddy is amazing !
