Neon Beach Tan

Been coming here for 5 years but will be canceling . The manager woman is always super rude and now they tell me that you cannot pick the bed you want to tan in even if they are all open . Said they have to go by rotation now . I’m paying $80 a month to be treated poorly by the staff and now I can’t even pick a bed if they aren’t busy ? Won’t be spending anymore money at this place !! Teach your staff customer service skills please.

I love it here! Customer service is above and beyond. I lost an expensive item and the staff looked everywhere with me, even through the trash and hampers. VIP membership with red light and vibration plate options is the way to go.

I’ve been tanning here for a couple years now and I love it here! The beds get me super dark and quickly. I have the best package you can buy, so it includes all of the high level beds. They also change their bulbs often, so you’re always getting the best tan. It is also very clean and the girls clean the beds well :) I wish they had a bigger space so you can sit comfortably to change etc, that’s the only con.

I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years. I had to stop due to a medical condition. I informed them prior to 2/1 that I would stop my membership eff 2/6 so I only tanned 3 times in February and from the $72 I paid I was refunded $22 dollars. Pretty sad that the owner charged for 3 tans at a single price vs a prorated monthly amount. I would think twice about a membership with this vendor. Again, 10 years as a customer…after reading your response, the manager did nothing but tell me you would be refunding my money. I waited a week and it was never refunded. I had to repeatedly call for an update. I had to go to the store to pick it up. Why would I spend over $50 dollars to tan 3 times. The real courtesy would have been to tell me that the 3 tans I completed would have been charged at full

This was my first spray tan experience. The girl at the front desk was so nice. When it came time to pick how dark I wanted my tan she was extremely helpful. She explained everything to me. Was very informative when it came to explaining the booth & tips for after care. When my spray tan was finished I walked to the front of the facility & to my surprise it was raining something terrible. The same front desk girl offered for me to stay & wait it out bc obviously after a spray tan you are not to get wet. Well needless to say the rain did not let up. The girl at the desk that helped me from the start of my visit, figured out how to help me avoid the rain & get to my car. I really appreciated that. She went above & beyond & out of her way for a new customer. I will most certainly be back &
