Absolutely make SURE to get a copy or picture of your account freeze. They have been charging me for months after I went in the freeze my account. Now they say it is not in the system. Is that my fault someone did not do THEIR job?! I did mine by driving up there and signing a sheet of paper and in-person freezing my account. This place will rip you off! The employees are not smart enough to understand this concept.

I came in to get a spray tan and Macy was a gem. She was very helpful when it comes to spray tanning. The customer service was TOP NOTCH!! Because of her I will continue my tanning journey here at the town East location!

I love coming here! A different crew. Not only are they friendly and knowledgeable, but these ladies are always smiling, which really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear they truly enjoy what they do. ;)

Came for a spray tan. My usual salon is in prosper. Here they didn’t mix my added express tan solution after I paid. Didn’t notice obviously until 2 hours later when my color wasn’t developed yet. Also, the front desk lady never set up my booth she just set the bottle in there. How was I supposed to know how to set up a booth? Everyone else usually sets the bed up nicely when I come in.
