Palm Beach Tan

No disrespect to the girl who was working today but WOW. She gave no information, no warning, didn’t explain anything and I told her we were new to spray tan. My daughter came out extremely streaky and covered in little spray marks all over her face and body. It was not explained that she can’t shower or that her skin was just going to look like this for awhile, had I know we would’ve just come back another day. I’m gonna trust the receptionist that it’ll look better tomorrow but I’m not happy that we got no heads up when we had plans after wards and my daughters face looks like she has hyper pigmentation. Please communicate the process and what to expect to people who are not familiar with the process!

Very professional and informative. Not pushy at all. Handled the huge crowd of people very well! I purchased the JWOWW triple dip intensifier that works in the level 5 bed with red light therapy.

Brand new to Virginia just moved here from Florida dying for a place to get some rays! I can’t remember the girl at the front desk name, but she was very sweet! My review is mainly on the incredible amount of rays. I got in five minutes! Their equipment is top-notch. I would rather drive a half hour to Mechanicsville than go to the dirty dump in Quinton. At least I know the beds are clean and the staff is professional. I bought one tan just a test it out. I will definitely be back for membership.👍

I've been going to this tanning salon for about 3 months now. Every employee has been extremely nice and very helpful. It's been a long time since I've gone to a tanning salon, and I forgot everything to do in order to get the most out of my tanning experience. With that being said, the ladies there have gone above and beyond to help me. They answered all my questions and helped me to know which bed to use in order to build my tan, each time I go. I also had stitches removed and I've had to cover those areas with tape each time, so it has taken me longer to get ready to tan, and the ladies have truly been so wonderful to me, by providing me with some extra time, or reset the bed for me so I get my full time. Tonight was so busy & Sara was the only employee working, but I can’t say enough nice things about her. While the waiting room was full, she never showed any frustration or seemed overwhelmed. Her exceptional customer service never wavered and I know I’m not the only one who appreciates that. She didn’t rush through the process of checking people in, but did so in an effective and efficient manner. Big props to her, I know some people were probably rude due to the small wait, but she did so well! Also, every time I’m in to spray (like once a week) Chloe and another sweet girl (I think mckenna?) are always so wonderful and pleasant!
