Palm Beach Tan

This location is always clean. I drive from a location closer to me to this one because they have a Versa that is almost always working (surprisingly rare in the spray tan world 😂). I haven’t been to PBT in a while and saw they have an online promotion for a free service of your choice- was on this specific locations page. Presented the coupon and I asked the employee if they took the online promotional coupons for the location…she said that they “usually don’t.” Paid for my tan and left. Had a good experience, but the promotion should be removed from this specific stores website if it’s not applicable.

The staff here are all exceptional. Everyone is so knowledgeable about the products they sale to the differences in their beds. They all make good recommendations for what’s best for you and your tanning experience.

Deserves 0 stars but unable to give that lol. Walked in and both employees gave me the rudest looks and attitude i’ve ever seen in my life. Girl with brown hair and lots of baby hairs barely even acknowledged me or asked me how i was just asked my name super bluntly and then asked my my birthdate which they never do. Didn’t ask what bed i preferred to use just told me go to room 8. Gee thanks for reading my mind. When i asked if they had any other beds available she just said they’re in use with a bitchy attitude. Don’t know why people think they are so entitled like girl you work at a tanning shop. Anyways don’t come to this location unless you want your mood ruined

I have been going to this location for many years. A few months ago I stopped going as my gym has a tanning option. On June 12, I went back to PBT and selected the platinum membership. When I started, I was told that bed 18 was a brand new (it was previously a different lower tier bed) and 16 had new bulbs so I would need to start at 1/2 the full time. I increased my time each visit until I reached the full 12 minutes in beds 16 & 18. I have since tanned in bed 16 and 18 at the full time a few times. When I went in today I was told I would only be allowed to tan for 1/2 time in bed 16 because it had new bulbs put in yesterday. This was news because they were also new just over two weeks ago. I was also there yesterday and was curious if the bulbs had been replaced in the last 24 hours. Ba

If i could give 0 stars i would. Worst customer service of any company I've dealt with. The girl working the front desk either lied to me or was terrible at communicating how the memberships work. Once noticing another charge on my card 2 weeks after starting a membership, I knew the place was a scam. The "manager" did nothing to make to make this right. Basically, this location lied to me about how I'd be charged for my membership. Then they charged me again, and told me there was nothing they could do. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this place.
