Palm Beach Tan

I’m going to start with the associates are very nice. I needed to get a base tan before going on vacation. That being said, my first visit was outstanding! My first experience in one of the tan beds was awesome with the misting feature and air conditioning , It was absolute outstanding. It’s a bit pricey and they attempt to have you by monthly passes. The products, hands down, are costly. My second visit was very different. I arrived in the early evening and was promised that I would be using the same bed, but, in a different room. That was fine with me! Once I entered the room, I attempted to start the bed which it was not the same. Very different way to start the bed where the power button was on the wall .the original bed started inside the bed. I had no clue how to start the bed. I

Great tanning salon with very attentive, helpful employees. Even when they’re busy, which is most of the time, they make sure to take care of you in an expedient manner and the cleanliness is appreciated.

I am writing this review because of the sweet girl who is working at this location. I won't use her name because it was so strange. I had an unfortunate experience with the versa spray tan that malfunctioned and I called the store after I got home and the sweet girl who was working said come back tomorrow and we will take care of you. As a side note this Young Lady is working by herself in this location and was dealing with a busy day. She was very professional and took her time with each client as I observed (and some people were NOT patient). I did come back the next day after work and she remembered the situation and set me up with another spray tan... but I was up sold other products to complete my previous botched spray tan. I am writing this review because I have contacted human resources through Palm Beach Tan, but have yet to receive a response. I was wrongfully fired from Palm Beach Tan last Wednesday. I was fired by the district manager, Faith Duda, and the regional manager, Cara Oberklaus. Both managers accused me of stealing from the company and committing theft. I want to make it clear that the only thing that I have ever done was give a couple of my own tans to a customer who was down on her luck and was feeling depressed. One day, she had come into the salon in tears because of a family situation that was out of her control. As a nice gesture, I let her tan only a handful of times under my account. I find it highly unjust that Palm Beach finds this kindness as an act of theft. I have never, ever stol

This was my first time ever getting a spray tan, and Emma was sooo helpful with answering my copious amount of questions and being so friendly through it all. She was really chill and knowledgeable on everything. The rooms themselves are very sanitary and clean. Will be returning!
