Great beds! Awesome staff! It's always clean! My only negative comment is that they hardly ever refill the water spray and aromatherapy spray. The nice beds are equipped with those options,how, 99 times out if 100, it's empty!!!

I had a good experience as a member. The facility was clean, and the staff was nice. When I recently encountered an issue, Ray not only addressed the problem efficiently but also followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated her professionalism and excellent customer service.

Raee, the manager in Gainesville is AWESOME! She is quick to learn names of her customers and always has a huge smile as she greets us. She convinced my husband and me to try the Wellness Spa services and I’m pleased to report, I’m SOLD!

The girl kaylie who helped me with my tan was amazing. She quickly got my information and got me in my booth with no hassle. She recommended a few memberships which I didn’t buy however I could tell she was extremely knowledgeable but also not pushy at all which was refreshing to see. I’ll be back very soon and I’ll ask to always deal with her because who professional was awesome. It’s rare to find that anywhere these days but when you do you know you e found something special.

When there’s not enough regular beds in your first 30 minutes of opening, there’s a problem. Nice staff, but they’re not empowered to make any positive changes because of micromanagement from the top. Do not waste your money on a membership here. They don’t cater to the career working individual who works long hours, but they want to charge those kind of prices. Very unfortunate!
