Palm Beach Tan

I’ve been going here for least 3 years now, unfortunately today was my last day. January I paused my account to give my skin a break as I normally would after tanning for a long period of time, I singed whatever documentation stating I was ready to pause, 94$ was with drawn from my account today. Okay great they’ve learned my schedule let’s go tan, no I was told there was a 104$ balance from February. I explain that can’t be right? I paused my account. The girl tells me it has to be paid in order for me to cancel or to tan, grant you this has never happened to me before, 7$ is drafted from my account to hold my price monthly when paused. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this company. Then to be told if my card declines that’s an additional 10$ that they don’t tell you about.

I had an amazing experience with Lainee. She educated me on the benefits of the treatments for what I needed here I am really looking forward to it. I’m so excited for the membership she offered and helped me get all the products that I needed for the best results!

I visited the Fort Mill location this morning where Angela and Lainee answered any questions I had and were just so welcoming!! Amazing ladies!! The cute Halloween decorations were just the cherry on top! All and all a great tanning experience :)

I absolutely love this location. All of the employees are so kind especially the Manager Angela. She is so helpful and knowledgeable and kind. I love how Angela decorates for every holiday and she makes you feel like family. Best customer service out of any location I've been too.

Amazing staff, extremely clean, and always a great experience with even better results! Can’t recommend this place enough!
