Im going to have to give this place 2 stars. All the staff is great, but it is not the staff I have an issue with. I’ve been a member for over a decade and they recently stopped caring about quality of services provided due to the fact that it takes them half a year and more to change the bulbs on the diamond bed as well as others. I already contacted corporate . Paying $80-100 a month for a service and to not even get any accumulations of points for discounts or whatever have you, I find the need to complain and leave a bad review. This is unacceptable and I am officially annoyed. For all the money you get from us customers you can’t even do the bare minimum as to change the bulbs in a timely manner ? Literally the nicest staff ever. Also, you know when you go to Home Depot and need experts to tell you what you need and no one knows what they're talking about? That's not this. Honest, amazing, non judgemental, no pressure, perfect service from literally every remarkable staffer. Go there. Oh also it's clean, solid reliable machines, they help you curate the look you're trying to get and make sure you're paying for the most reasonable option.

I have been going to Palm Beach Tan for years and moved so this location was closer to me. After three negative experiences I won’t be returning here. One time I went to get a spray tan and got there at 8:45pm and they don’t close till 9pm. They said they had already shut down the spray tan machine and I could use the other one that is an additional cost. I already pay for unlimited monthly so I didn’t want to pay more for a different machine because they decided to close down 15 min early. I understand it was close to 9pm but there’s nothing on the website that says I can’t use the machine after a certain time. Another time I went I left my necklace in the room I was in. It was close to closing so I know I was the last to use that room. I called the next morning to ask if they could get i

I had such a great experience here! The staff that work here are really sweet and helpful. Kaylie helped me sign up for the red light therapy sauna and I loved my experience with it.
