Bait and switch/ False advertising/ Rude staff. I signed up for their most expensive membership That stated I could bring any guest at any time And they could have any service of their choice. There were no restrictions on Who the guest was or how many times they could come. I asked many questions when I signed up about this program. At the time of sign up I paid a large sum. The only reason I chose this membership was the guest policy. After using my membership for a couple of weeks they changed the guest policy on the membership. When I asked to cancel the membership, I was told I could not cancel it because it was within the same month that I purchased it. So now I'm stuck in a very expensive membership that I can't use and no longer want The staff was incredibly rude and acted like it

Beautiful tan and friendly staff! From the manager to the front desk girls. All know their products and the tanning lifestyle! Have been tanning since 2020 at PBT! Any negative reviews you read are from old bitter “karens” who are unhappy with their own lives and are intimidated by attractive fun bubbly young women who live and breath the Palm Beach Lifestyle. Be your own judge of character and visit the location. Staff and management does their best to keep the standards of the salon at an A+, fix any issues in the moment and do what is RIGHT and FAIR for the customer/company. I live at the coast now and HANDS DOWN PBT has some of the best beds and spray machines in the industry!!!

I called the tanning salon because I’ve never been before and had a lot of questions. Megan was so kind and helpful, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. She was incredibly patient and made the whole experience so easy and welcoming. Honestly, she’s the best employee I’ve ever interacted with! I’ll definitely be coming in because of her.

I’ve been coming to Palm Beach Tan for 2 yrs and I just love it! Jackie who works at ALL the locations; has been so knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. I come for the physical aspects as well as for the Peace of Mind. Staff at all locations are Fantastic! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing! The Sauna has been added and I’m very pleased on my results! Therapy and relaxation - perfect! Just what the Dr ordered! 😎😎 I highly recommend this type of therapy for ALL!

I have tanned in salons for years and have always been pleased with Palm Beach, however this time it is different. Your staff is great but the tanning beds are not tanning, my face is all that tans, which means the bulbs are not being changed, which I am not happy about paying $130 for the diamond beds when the bulbs are not being replaced. Your entire business is tanning!!!!!! Kathy Seiler
