Palm Beach Tan

I recently visited a Palm Beach Tan for the first time while at a conference in Boston. I was very impressed by the friendliness of their staff. The location was adorable. They have KBL beds that I love too. You tan the 1st time for free too!

was not open at 10:00 a.m. when they're supposed to be drove 30 mins and had to leave because no one showed up not the first time this has happened.

Would give 1 star if I could. I paid for 2 tan and the Assistant Manager Chloe told me there were no expirations for it. I tried to use my second tan that I had paid for and the woman over the phone told me to call corporate and was talking over me the entire time. All I wanted was a tan and all I received was horrible customer service instead. 0/5 stars.

MASSIVE EDIT: Im leaving old review because I think if a business makes changes it should be applauded for that. I stayed away for one ‘season’ after just being tired of all the craziness BUT WHEN I CAME BACK IT WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PLACE! SO GOOD NOW! The employees are awesome, the machine isn’t always breaking down, hours aren’t changeable at a whim, they have sales, just a total 180 and I’m so very pleased and they have my business forever as long as it keeps up! Great job Palm Beach Tan! Place is awful, thats being kind. Never open & change hours all the time. The only good bed always broken. The staff are awful…..so sad this is all we have..

All the girls that work here are really sweet but specifically Chloe and Samantha, they’re so accommodating and fun, I actually look forward to tanning here. Not to mention they’re also very informative about tanning which is so kind and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience here all the equipment is really nice too.
