Palm Beach Tan

I have been a member since May of 2024 and this is the only location I have ever been to. The staff is always been extremely friendly and they always know my name as soon as I walk in! They are very knowledgeable and always offers solid recommendations. ****I would like to give a special shout out to Taylor though!! She is always so incredibly polite and genuine, and she is always ready to greet me with a welcoming smile! She always has solid recommendations and no matter how busy she is she remains extremely professional, calm, and cheerful - even when operating the entire store by herself at times (which I'm sure is rare). I love this location and I highly recommend it. The energy honestly always brightens my day!

Ive been tanning here for years and for years have been allowed to purchase packs of 10-15 tans with NO expiration date cause I dont need to tan often due to skin complexion.This location has gone through many managers and they have ALL honored this, however with the new management they refused to honor this and I still had 5 tans left on my previous purchase. Its too bad cause this location was close to home and now I will either find another Palm Beach tan or another tanning salon who will happily accept my business!

Courtney is a wonderful manager. Always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well staff. I have used this location for over 2 years. She deserves this 5 Star review for her hard work and quality of customer service. Please pass this on....

I love going in to tan!! Everyone is so nice and they always make me smile. It’s always clean and the beds are phenomenal!! Yes prices are up there but it’s like that for everything now. It’s worth it to me because of the staff to be honest!! Love you guys!!!

Seriously, this is one of the best run tanning salon/spas I have ever been to. It's clean, organized and a the staff created a great overall customer experience EVERY TIME. They set the gold standard. And, a HUGE shout out to Fallon and Angel who had my back when they felt ai could be in danger. They made me feel fabulous by watching out for me.
