Well Body Massage

Came to Tahra after a rough game of hockey and was experiencing terrible neck muscle and nerve stiffness and lose of mobility. She developed a plan which included adjusting our time frame to help better serve my needs. She offered great advice on rest and recovery. Did not notice a difference until two days later and now I’m back feeling like my normal self.

Tahra, the owner, is highly experienced. She's a real healer. As soon as you enter, you are immediately inside a very serene, very healing place. You will not be disappointed with Tahra. She's truly the BEST.

Thara has a passion for helping others to heal and take care of their bodies. This passion shows through in the work that she does. I have been coming to Well body for quite some time now and my back injury has improved, as well as my migraines. Migraines were a new development for me this year. So a couple of months ago I started seeing Thara every two weeks for those migraines. Interestingly enough I haven't had to take my sumatriptan medication (migraines) since the very beginning of December. I don't think that's a coincidence...

Just received an amazing Massage. Tahra was very attentive and encouraging-I will be making this a monthly routine because I know I am responsible for taking care of my body-but thankful I found Tahra to be apart of my team of support of healing 🙏
