I just want to take a moment to highlight how happy I am with the service I received. I’ve been coming to Palm Beach Tan for many years and have always appreciated the great customer service—but I would like to highlight Krista has truly been exceptional. Not only did she recommend excellent products, but she also helped me choose the perfect package for my needs. Abby is also very welcoming. I’ll definitely continue to be a loyal customer. Missing the hot weather, jump in the tanning bed at Palm Beach Tanning. Feel warm, experienced summertime in the winter.

I had a great experience. Palm Beach Tan is very sufficient compared to other tanning places I have had memberships with. The customer service representative Kate was amazing! She was very detailed and specific about Covid rules/sanitation, the contract, what tanning bed/time would be best for my skin. Her thoroughness made me feel at ease and she made herself available for me if I needed anything during my time there. Abby was another representative working and was very kind. Thanks Kate for being very social and doing a great job!

The employees are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Not to mention the salon is very clean! I had a hard time deciding on which lotion to get because I did not want to fork out the money and the salon employee was very helpful in letting me smell the different lotions that were compatible to the Miss Designer lotion i had my heart set on. I ended up buying the one I wanted anyway (Miss Designer), but was able to justify it because they gave me free upgrades and a spray tan! How Awesome!!!! Definitely worth going to. You may may a little more but you're also getting quality.

From Day 1, the Staff has been Amazing!! I’m thrilled with the package I got. I’m BEYOND grateful that I was talked into buying a bigger package than the lowest. Also, by buying a lotion it knocked off the $20 sign up fee. The beds are big and comfortable (and ALWAYS clean)!!! I will stay a member as long as they are there !!!!!
