Palm Beach Tan

I was skeptical at first about buying membership in a college town.. but, I assure you so far it has been AWESOME! Yes I’m a little older but, the customer service is OUTSTANDING! Will continue to tan here! Thank you for making me feel welcome! Bed #18 is awesome!!!!😉

Ally, the store manager, is the best! Her and Gracie are the best duo ever. Always kind, friendly, helpful, and a joy to be around!

I was the first customer in the door. This employee was very helpful, but another employee didn’t show up. Spray machine wasn’t working. Machine was not yet clean or set up. This employee is the only reason I’ll come back. Very sweet and helpful Took 30 minutes to get in booth. Boss on phone twice.

Overpriced for a splotchy tan. I think it would’ve looked better if I had just self tanned. The speaker on the spray tan machine is hard to hear, and if I had never gotten a spray tan before, I wouldn't have known how to pose/when to turn. One of the employees also said "oh boy" when I asked for dark without any add ons, which I found off-putting, especially because I’ve done dark before at other places and liked the results. Wish I could get a refund.

Please Please be careful letting this salon debit your account. I will never ever let a tanning salon have access to take out reoccurring monthly payments. They did not tell me you had to cancel membership weeks before end of month. I did tell one of the staff a week and half before end of month ,I Wanted to cancel mine & my daughter's membership. She did not cancel that day for me nor, did she tell me there was a deadline to do cancellations . So ..,long story short I was debited for another month ( almost $100) . Now I'm having to jump through hurdles to get refunded. Staff was all pleasant as long as they are getting your $ . Soon as I am no longer member and just want MY money back ,,,not so nice anymore!!!! I still have not got refunded ,I call and I get replies like "It's your bank
