Palladium Nail Lounge

I arrived at 6, as Google said they closed at 7:30. Ive gotten a pedicure and mani with acrylics before (not at this place) and they did both while I was in the pedi chair, and I moved to the nail chair once my pedi was complete. I went on 3/5 and the lady that did my pedi was great. The reason for the rating is the young lady who did my nails. She rushed, cut me on at least one finger per hand, after having to ask for my cuticles to be done before the acrylics. Which I have NEVER experienced anywhere. I asked for coffin shape and asked her if she was able to do that before she started, and she said yes. I got some coffin shaped nails and some square. She did not shape the acrylic well, as I can see bumps. One of my thumbs has a few bubbles in it. She did not base coat my nails. When I as

I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for almost 3 years. The experience gets better each time . Staff are so down to earth. The owner is so welcoming and always makes sure everyone is taking care of while doing nails his self and helping out with staff anyway he can. The drinks are amazing. Andy is amazing. I highly recommend trying them out.

Best nail salon experience ever! Everyone was so patient. They told me to take my time picking my color(I usually feel rushed), then I had Vicky and I HIGHLY recommend her! She's so sweet and personable. She was extremely detailed and worked diligently mixing and changing colors to find me something similar to my example picture. She was extremely patient as well. My nails have never looked so good! Thanks Vicky!!!
