This was my first time here. My kids wanted to go to the mall so I thought I would get my hair highlighted and cut bc we live in Winter Haven and its a little bit of a hike. So i thought i would treat myself while they walked around the mall. Everyone who went in there, came out gorgeous! I was a mess and Clarita changed my self-esteem. She took her time and made sure everything came out perfect, from my highlights, toner, cut, blow, style. Unfortunately i dont speak spanish but that did stop her from giving me the best. I was there for a while and I can honestly say everyone there was so sweet and cared. Im not the prettiest, but what she did for me definitely gave me a self-esteem boost for sure. Its my anniversary and we are going on a cruise and im so grateful for her time and knowing

Did my hair with Clarita. She was super helpful in giving me tips on how to revive my hair after not treating it for 7 months and did a great job at washing and blowing it! I’m now a returning customer! Also did my nails with Mayeline. She was super sweet and did a great job on my gel tips and my gel manicure when I went back!

Rosales did a balayage on my hair today and it turned out so perfect. Palermo hairstylists are dedicated and strive for perfection, I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve never left feeling disappointed. Thank you for such great service!
