YIKES! I came in for an acrylic full set. I asked for long and coffin shaped. They didn’t end up being very long, some are crooked and my thumb nails are noticeably much longer than the rest of my fingers on BOTH sides. Not to mention, it was $71. For one solid gel color. I’ll attach a photo. Wouldn’t go back, wouldn’t recommend.

I came here to get my birthday nails on Saturday. I was incredibly disappointed in the quality of work and the price I paid for my full set of acrylics. I researched nail salons and hoped this place was going to be good based off of reviews and pictures. I was wrong. While they are very nice and treated me well, my nails are no where near the $90 I paid for them. First off, the acrylic is very thin. Second, the shaping wasn’t the almond shape I asked for, which I didn’t realize he was going to take off so much on the sides. The shape does not suit my finger shape at all. Third, the nail art looks like a nonprofessional painted my nails. I get having small imperfections, but I honestly was expecting better for what I paid. I have been coming here for years for manis, pedis, and everything in between! I absolutely love this salon and recommended everyone I know to it! Vivian is a phenomenal owner and operator and always makes such an enjoyable experience! Below are just a few of the AMAZING designs she is capable of! 10/10 recommend!!!

Love Palace Nails!! Today is my third time for fill and pedicure. The shop is very welcoming, friendly, clean and beautiful. My technician is out of town, so the owner did my fill and another technician did my pedicure. I am totally happy with both of my services and highly recommend Palace Nails!!

All I gotta say is horrible. I’m a single father. I went to take my daughter to go ahead and get her eyebrows done with her nails worst experience ever my poor daughter left tears. I didn’t know how to help. They completely butchered her eyebrows not into the way she had requested or the way she wanted ,She asked for her nails to be squared , and they would not understand the aspect of it and rounded them out and went. I don’t know what to do. All I do is try to comfort her. It’s not working any help. Recommendations please to help fix the problem
