I've been here twice so far. Once for a regular pedicure with Lana, and once for gel polish removal and a regular manicure with a different tech. Lana is amazing! She clearly knows what she's doing and is very well trained. If you have any toenail issues, I highly recommend seeing her. It's been three weeks since my pedicure, and it still looks fresh. Definitely 5 stars for her! Just a heads up, all pedicures and manicures here are dry. They don't soak your hands or feet, so keep that in mind if you prefer a more traditional service. Honestly, my manicure experience wasn't that great. I'd give it 3 stars at most. I requested gel polish removal followed by a regular manicure. I booked a regular pedicure. Technician was very professional, did a good job. But the room smelled of peoples stinky food from the staff room behind. Even the staff commented on the stink. Then, When I used the bathroom which was the size of a small toilet, it stank too. The pedicure itself was good but the whole experience was totally overpriced. For same price you can get a 1:1 in private cleaner quarters, elsewhere.

Been going to Paint Bar for year and a half and I cannot recommend enough. At the higher price point, I can say it’s well worth the price - always long lasting (4+weeks) and excellently finished. They use high quality products that strengthen your nails. I’ve been going to Lana for at least 8 months and I haven’t broken a nail since. All the technicians are top notch. The salon is adorable as well with great tunes.

Kinga was professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail given during my service. I had a horrible experience at this salon. Here’s what happened: I booked a gel manicure, but when I got there I told the technician that I didn’t want gel. I wanted something natural, focused on the cuticles, a clean natural look. Instead, she immediately started preparing a thick gel application. For context, I usually look for Russian-style manicures because they do deep cuticle work with a very thin gel. My nails are short because I bite them, so thick gel doesn’t make sense and doesn’t look good. But she insisted on showing me a pink gel and kept going in a direction I never asked for.
