Joanna did an awesome job on my hair. She was very professional and completed my braids in the time expected. I'm not that much of a talker in the chair, but we did have a few conversations from time to time and she even gave me some recommendations on vacation spots to go to for the summer. I was so impressed with her work and professionalism that I decided to book her later in the year. When I attempted to make an appointment, it stated that online booking was disabled for her. I attempted to do this several times over the course of weeks. Then, I decided to log out of my account and try to book her without loggin in and Vagaro was allowing me to do it!
