The was to an Allstate State Office run by Sam. Only uses that first name. This was a nightmare! My agent in Florida says it would only be a Transfer from FL to NY as it was still Allstate. Not knowing that (L) in FL would add the $ from my unused months go to Sam in NY! Sam processed to give me his total of 918.56 believe it was for the car insurance. Gave Sam the credit card paid & left. I got a quote from Geico and it was almost same price I paid for FL for the year. It's two day later. Called the bank & put a Stop payment on my credit card for Sam's $918.56! In between (L ) gets back to me saying there was $350.00, that should be sent back to me on the FL account. Text Sam that I put a stop payment on his account. Called & told him $350.00 should be sent to me. I hope he returns t
