Update: this is my response to the owner. Yes, I left my review at the correct salon. You are on Cannonball Trail in Yorkville. I’m not interested in getting one particular person in trouble. But felt it was imperative people know of the unhealthy practice and cleanliness of your salon. I see people who are happy with their service there and that’s fine. This was not my first and only visit to your salon. I wanted to give your salon more than one chance. But when this happened I felt my review was important. I wish you the best, but I will not augment my review, or come back. ========••• Don’t go!! I walked away with hacked at and bloodied cuticles. Mine and my husband’s first experience here was really good. My husband enjoyed getting his feet and hands cleaned up and massages hahah I was working with Zoey who is absolutely wonderful, definitely will be coming back to her. She did an amazing job on my hands. Very creative and took her time but was in a good time frame. Thank you pacific nails! Will be back!

A month ago I did a pedicure and manicure. The worker there had my feet and hands bleed. I posted a review but owner Deleted it. I Filed a complaint with the nail licensing board in illinois and have finally heard back. I have been informed that they are already under investigation for using unlicensed people working there. They have multiple complaints. They will soon be visiting the store and closing them down from what I understand. The licensing board is also going to have them refund my money. This used to be a very good place but it is now a bad place.

I walked in at 7pm. I left with PERFECT gel manicured hands and feet in less than an hour! They are very reasonable. I will definitely be back.
