Pacific Crest Fascial Stretch

Peter was great! I’ve had chronic problems with my glutes/hamstrings/quads due to running and sitting for my job, and after one session, I feel much better—less pain and more flexibility. Peter is knowledgeable and checks in regularly to make sure the stretches are not too extreme and to make sure there is no pain. Highly recommend and I will return in a couple weeks because I believe this is what my body needed to continue running. Couldn’t have achieved with with yoga and self-stretching!

Peter does a great job. Having someone else stretch you makes a huge difference! He's clear about what he's doing, asks for and listens to your feedback, and covers a lot of ground. Glad to have Peter as a necessary resource!
