These ladies were incredible! They were quick to respond to our appointment request and was able to get us in quickly! They even had designated reserved parking in the garage for customers. The spa was clean, smelled amazing, beautiful, and a relaxing vibe. The head spa itself was also an amazing experience. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. The staff are very skilled and make sure you are comfortable throughout the whole experience. 10/10!

Highly recommend booking a treatment at Mercer Head Spa! I had it gifted to me for my birthday and I will definitely be going back! Justin did a fabulous job. I walked in feeling like my scalp needed a refresh after a vacation in the sun, and I left feeling like a whole new person! If your time allows, I recommend booking a blowout after your service; it's the perfect touch to leave you feeling fresh!

Overall, I'd recommend this experience. It's quite relaxing and your hair feels clean and refreshed. The time goes quickly for the 60 min session, with 15 mins to blow dry your hair and 5 or more mins talking about your hair/ scalp. I'd recommend the longer 90 min session to feel the full benefits. Justin did a good job asking about massage pressure, water temperature preferences, all which I appreciated. My hair does feel more manageable the next day, which is unusual for this thick, frizzy mess.

I’ve been trying to find a head spa in the States that feels like the ones I loved in Korea, and this place seriously delivered. They use Milbon products, do a full scalp analysis with a camera (kind of wild seeing your scalp that close), and customize everything based on what you actually need. It wasn’t just a quick shampoo either — they really took their time with a deep cleanse, treatment, and a legit massage. My hair already felt lighter right after, and the whole experience was super relaxing without feeling rushed. The best part? My hair feels way less greasy now and stays fresher for longer. Do you see my before and after?????!!!! My specialist Justin worked not just my head but my neck and shoulders too, and I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding until they got in there.

I visited Mercer Head Spa for the first time today and I cannot wait to go back! The space was incredibly beautiful and ambiance was relaxing. Cynthia at the front desk was really kind while checking me in and making sure I got answers to any questions I had about the intake form. Tatyana was my head spa therapist and she really took the time to explain my scalp care needs and point out what could be done to help me reach my hair goals. Seeing the before and after photos of my scalp was crazy, I can’t wait to go in again hopefully consistently so that I can see how my hair transforms over the next few visits!
