Customer for 5 years. The owner (Asian man) 90% of the time has an horrible attitude. I get it, it’s not the best neighborhood & ppl do try & steal. But he just treats you like ur dumb if you don’t know something or take too long. I don’t appreciate that. The store has limited options in braiding hair. But it’s local so..

I've been to this place numerous times and never had a problem. If you go somewhere acting ghetto they are going to treat you ghetto no matter what ethnicity the owner is. When I go there there is always a girl to help you get what you need. The owner just does the register. He was always nice to me. Even gave me free small items. And yes I am black.

I visited this beauty supply store for the second time, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it was even worse. The owner's repugnant attitude permeates the entire establishment. His racist behavior was evident as his employees followed me around the store incessantly, treating me like a potential thief. Their constant inquiries about whether I needed anything felt more like accusations than genuine customer service. The owner's vile demeanor and discriminatory practices make this place wholly unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this establishment at all costs.

I literally just left this store and will not be returning again after looking around the store for only 10-15 min I picked up a product to smell it and was yelled at by the owner to not open the products. I understand why they don’t want people opening them so i wasn’t upset about that but there is a way you speak to your customers and that was simply not it. I was then stopped and asked if I needed help by one of his employees not even a minute after being yelled at by the owner. the employee shoved a basket into my hand and asked if I needed help, I thought she was going to better my experience instead she only made it worse by reiterating I could not open the product with an attitude. At that point I shoved the basket back into her hands and told her I’ll just go. Do not go here if you
