Great customer service always has the items l need.

First of all, I have been living in this area for almost 4 years and I am so mad that I NEVER gave this store a chance up until last week. I freaking love this place! I was excited to see that They have a pretty decent selection of hair products! I'm not sure what people are talking about as far as a smell because I didn't smell anything at all. It looks outdated and run down a little bit on the inside but what can you expect, it's been there for a very long time. Everything is pretty organized for the most part-- it wasn't difficult to locate the items I needed. Also it was very easy to navigate through the store as well. Now, let's get to the owners.... They were.... So freaking sweet! Super polite, super helpful, -- I'm assuming they were husband and wife. They both have beautiful smile

Easy to find what I was looking for. I really enjoyed the assortment of colors to choose from and some were in bundle packs. Lots of products to choose from for hair care. The guy was nice when I checked out. I'd make the 45min drive again.

The customer service was horrible. It smells like a dumpster when you walk in it will turn Your stomach. It is so cluttered you can hardly walk and there is no corporate number to call because it is private owned. The better business burea will be contacted and I hope other people contact them as well. The place is a pig pen and needs to be shut down 🤢 I tried to return something and get my money back 3 mins after a purchase and they told me no. The man never gave me a receipt he told me they do exchanges but no refunds. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!!
