Owen's Barber Shop

I went to this barbershop a few times. And based on my experience, the most friendly barbers are the blonde + beard guy, the korean western guy, and the short + beard guy (not the one who are infront of the atm). They did give me a superb haircut, and I usually tip them. However, the worst experience I had is with the straight hair lady, and the beard guy infront of the atm. I am not from US, and sometimes it was hard for me to explain the cut. Those two barbers are obviously hate me for some reason since the beginning of the cut. I am gonna write this everywhere so people wont have the bad experience like I did. Thanks for the cut Blonde guys, korean guy, and short beard guy.

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience My experience at this barbershop was incredibly upsetting. The barber who cut my hair made several racist and disrespectful remarks, which made me feel deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome. Sadly, this wasn’t an isolated incident — aside from a couple of barbers who seem respectful and professional, most of the staff treat people of color with clear disregard and disrespect. What makes it even worse is that the owner appears to have no concern about how customers are treated by her barbers. There seems to be no accountability or effort to maintain basic professionalism in this establishment. I have been using Owens as my barber for about a decade now, and I am always happy with the results. Everyone who works here is well-trained at what they do.

I gave simple instructions and got an acceptable haircut, probably worth three stars maximum. However, the barber's unfriendlyness and the way the owner is replying to some reviews dropped my rating to one star.

I have a dedicated barber that I personally go to, but overall it's generally a good place to go to for a simple haircut and the price is reasonable too!
