Out of the Box Coworking

There is no other co-working space in Fredericksburg, VA that comes close to Out of the Box. Capitalize Marketing and I have worked there for over 7 years, and the facility and amenities have been essential to our growth. The staff goes above and beyond to help, the conference room is spacious and works well for meetings, I eat breakfast there daily, and I haven't even mentioned the gym or the pool yet. Centrally located in Central Park next to the Fred Nats Stadium and the Expo, center, you will no go wrong when you work at Out of the Box.

Great staff and atmosphere with top notch amenities. I've looked at other co working studios in the area but this one easily takes the cake. Shamicka and the leasing staff are exceptional, the variety of work spaces are comfortable and quiet, and the amenities like the gym and sauna make for a luxurious work environment. I look forward to using the pool and workout outside on the patio when the weather warms up
