I went to see Mirsada for the first time and she is truly the best! She did such an amazing job, my hair has never looked this good. My curls are healthy, defined, and full of life. I left feeling confident and I’m so happy with the results. If you’re looking for someone who really understands curls, Mirsada is it!

My daughter has been here three times now and we have had really great experiences. She has thick curly hair and they just know how to cut and style it. My daughter had her long hair cut short which was very scary for both of us but Rhea did a great job! We have been to Hajir twice since that cut. We can trust them with curly hair 👍🏻

The products are great but it is impossible to get in contact with customer service. They do not amswer thenphone diring their listed hours, just have you on hold for 45 minutes from an automated system. Do NOT sign up for the subscription services. Even if it appears to you that you canceled it will not cancel on your account l. When you receive the product subscription email that same ten minutes later and hit the cancel shipping, it will still be sent through and you will get excuses from customer service. If you go to return the product you still have to pay shipping. When ypu do return a product and agree to pay shipping, it will take over a month to receive your refund from the time the teacking states it was recieved, and you will be in circles with cuatomer service again. This salon is clean, had people tidying up constantly and everyone was really friendly and helpful. I was immediately shown where the bathroom and coat closet was after checking in, and was offered tea/water/coffee. Not soon after I met with my stylist Rhea and then had a nice wash and hydration treatment done by another salon tech who was lovely! Rhea did such a fantastic job talking with me about my hair goals, answering my questions, and generally being kind and patient! I’m very happy with her work and will be coming back again!

I had read good views about the salon and hairdresser. The salon is clean, but the staff are not warm or inviting. The stylist was kind once I began chatting with her, and she asked what I wanted, I voiced that I was unsure about shape but certainly only wanted a trim, as keeping the length was most important to me. I understand that people coming in knowing what they want, but I do think that part of paying such a high price, for really not that much labor, is in trusting the professional to do a quality job that is flattering and done from a place of expertise and knowledge. Perhaps, I should've voiced more of what I wanted, but I just didn't know exactly what to say or what worked best for my face. I was very vocal about not wanting to lose length though, other than the dead ends, as I
