From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. When I first came in I knew I wanted a face wash but wasn't sure which would be rihgt for me and an associate helped me. She asked my skin type and made sure to help me find a cleanser that was right for me. She didn't try to upsell me on all the different products. She also helped me to find a moisturizer that I might like and when I said I would come back another day fir it, she made me a little tester to take home. If I could give more stars I would. This place was so welcoming and their products are fairly priced. I will definitely be going back!

Lovely store, kind people. Rose who works here is always so helpful. I was there this weekend to pick up a face wash I've been using for years. Rose took the time to introduce me to some new products by way of little samples, never being pushy. I love shopping here.

Visiting Origins was a wonderful experience thanks to Rose, Elizabeth, and another kind store representative (a young woman with glasses working with Elizabeth). Rose was so friendly and helped me pick out the perfect gift set for my manager and suggested that I utilize the free Origins shipping when I was ready to complete my purchase. A few days later, I came back, and was greeted with so much warmth by Elizabeth and her co-worker. They both made sure that everything was a smooth process for me to ship out my items and even helped to consult me on other gifts.
